Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the USA, but for all other countries you are responsible for arranging the shipping and customs paperwork. Extended rental fees will apply, because the product is typically held up in customs for a significant period of time. If you have additional questions, please call LeAnn at 512-578-8468.
Do your prices include delivery and shipping?
No, listed prices reflect the rental rate, not shipping, delivery, or tax (where applicable). Orders delivered by The Vintage Laundry are subject to a flat delivery rate, based on delivery location. Shipping fees are determined by zip code and total weight of the order. We use FedEx and UPS as our carriers.
Can I ship using my own UPS or FedEx account?
No, unfortunately. We must use our own UPS and FedEx accounts, so that we can better manage the delivery and return of your order,
Where do your event rentals come from?
All event rentals come from our studio in Austin, TX. We’ve amassed a stunning collection of vintage tabletop items, vintage decor, lighting, furniture and props from all over the country.
Can I Will-Call my order?
In most circumstances, yes, you may arrange to will-call your order from us to avoid any delivery fees. You can will-call from our Bee Caves studio Monday through Friday 11am-4pm. Orders being will-called from our studio must be placed a minimum of one week before the pick-up date.
