When and where do you deliver?

We do not ship our inventory but hand deliver it instead. Our reps are the delivery and recovery people. They would travel from Austin to your destination (within the USA) with the rentals, deliver and unpack items and then return after the event to recover items and repack. We have experimented with shipping on jobs out of state and have incurred damage and loss of inventory. Additionally,  the shipping costs are often times are higher than sending a delivery rep. due to freight restrictions like the necessity to palletize the shipment, etc.  We have delivered to many different states and the fee has been between $450 - $595.  If you need a reference or just a confirmation that this process works, from a former client, I’d be happy to provide you with that information.

Where do your event rentals come from?

All event rentals come from our studio in Austin, TX. We’ve amassed a stunning collection of vintage tabletop items, vintage decor, lighting, furniture and props from all over the country.

 

Can I Will-Call my order?

In most circumstances, yes, you may arrange to will-call your order from us to avoid any delivery fees. You can will-call from our Bee Caves studio Monday through Friday 11am-4pm. Orders being will-called from our studio must be placed a minimum of one week before the pick-up date.
