Terms of Service

Deposit

When a quote is made, your items are reserved for 2 weeks. A 50% deposit along with a credit card on file and a signed contract agreement to confirm is required if you choose to accept the quote and move forward with your order.

Balance

Your remaining balance is required 1 month prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Contracts and Changes

Yes, you have up until 90 days from your event to make any changes you need. Beyond that time we will allow interchanging for items of equal or greater value or rental additions. (Additional deposit amounts apply.)

Cancellation Terms

The Vintage Laundry allows cancellations up to 90 days prior to your event date. The remaining balance due will not be charged if the cancellation is received before this time. All cancellations with less than 90 days notice will be charged in-full.

90 Day Notice of Cancellation is Required to receive a Refund of Payment. All 50% deposits, however, are non-refundable. 

Cancellations received within the 90 day window of event date will be handled accordingly

• 45-90 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 25% of the Rental Items Will be Charged

• 30-44 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Rental Items Will be Charged

• 1-30 Days Notice – No Cancellations or Refunds will be given

Cancellation fees are charged since item(s) have been held, cleaned, and prepared for the rental order. These fees help recuperate the labor and potential lost rentals for holding the equipment.

Any and all refunds given will be in the form of a cashier’s check sent through the US postal service to the recipient’s address on file. Most refunds are sent 7-10 days after the invoice is paid and have cleared our bank. A $25 administration fee and any transaction fees will be reduced from the final refund amount.

Damage Deposit

We understand that accidents happen. Clients are required to accept a damage waiver of 15%. Furniture and non-tabletop items will first try to be cleaned and repaired in-house. If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. Tabletop items returned damaged due to negligence or misuse will be assessed a fee of three times the rental rate. The client will be liable for the repair or replacement costs.

Roundtrip Charge- does not include after hours or holiday.  To preserve the condition of my inventory. representatives of The Vintage Laundry  are to be the sole delivery and recovery people on all orders of all sizes and value.

Delivery Area C $150 Round Trip for: Pflugerville, Round Rock, Bastrop, Manor & Lockhart.

Delivery Area D $200 Round Trip  for: Smithville, Hutto, Taylor, Elgin, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Seguin, Luling, Spicewood & Florence.

Delivery Area E $250 Round Trip for: Salado, La Grange, Giddings, Gonzales, Jonestown, & Lago Vista.

Delivery Area F $300 Round Trip for: Liberty Hill, Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Temple, Killeen, Coopers Cove,  Johnson City, Blanco, Round Mountain, Yoakum, Cuero, & San Antonio

Delivery Area G $350 Round Trip for: Stonewall, Fredericksburg, Burnet, Bertram, Llano West Texas areas.

Delivery Area H $350 Round trip for: Lampasas, Waco, Bryan, College Station, & Brenham, Brownwood, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth

Holiday Tabletop Packages | Terms & Conditions

The Vintage Laundry Events does NOT allow cancellations for our Holiday Tabletop Packages due to the custom nature of the items within the tabletop packages.
