Deposit

 

When a quote is made, your items are reserved for 2 weeks. A 50% deposit along with a credit card on file and a signed contract agreement to confirm is required if you choose to accept the quote and move forward with your order.

Balance

Your remaining balance is required 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Contracts and Changes

Yes, you have up until 90 days from your event to make any changes you need. Beyond that time we will allow interchanging for items of equal or greater value or rental additions. (Additional deposit amounts apply.)

Cancellations

Things come up, we get it, making you unable to follow through with your rental contract. We honor full refunds if you decide to cancel at least 90 days before your event.  We retain the full deposit (50% of the order amount If the 90 days has passed.  We retain the full order amount if the order is canceled within a week of the scheduled delivery date.

Damage Deposit

We understand that accidents happen. Clients are required to accept a damage waiver of 10%. Furniture and non-tabletop items will first try to be cleaned and repaired in-house. If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. Tabletop items returned damaged due to negligence or misuse will be assessed a fee of three times the rental rate. The client will be liable for the repair cost.
